Design Considerations:

Installation:
Panels clamped and aligned on posts/walls. Post-installation inspection required.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Mild detergent, soft cloths. Approved solvents for stains (hexane, kerosene, isopropyl alcohol).
Storage:
Panels are shipped with protective masking (PE or paper) to avoid moisture/dust. Store vertically at ~10° or horizontally on a flat surface.
Masking Removal:
Keep masking on until installation. Remove carefully to avoid scratching or entanglement.
Cleaning:
Use microfiber cloth and mild soapy water. For stains: hexane, kerosene, aliphatic naphtha (check compatibility).Avoid dry cloths (causes scratches and static).
Graffiti Removal:
Use organic adhesive removers where possible. Apply, leave for 2–3 minutes, rinse thoroughly.
Polishing:
Use approved scratch removers (e.g., NOVUS 2, PlastX).
Static Charge Control:
Prevent static build-up with ionising air guns or anti-static treatments.
Material Compatibility:
Avoid incompatible chemicals (certain cleaners, adhesives, sealants) that may cause crazing or cracking.
Protective Masking Marking:
